Hi Bri,

I have to talk quiet because the Conference is over - I feel like I'm whispering in the back of the room while Judy is having the closing-up speech!

Yes there were nasty days in school that make me never want to go back to a classroom environment. But I've survived and I'm here now, answering some interesting questions on a World Conference - so it could've been worse ! LOL

Now I would kindly ask you to read one of my previous answers, it was to Mary Davis (Great Article). Mary asked me for some advices about working with PWS so there are some. Of course I am not an expert and that is MY view. We are all different. Some stutterers would find wrong everything that I've written, others would agree completely, some partially. Some are too proud, some have no pride at all. Some know empathy, some have lost it because they don't care about anything anymore since their life is ruined. There are all kinds. You just need to be open to them and listen to them while doing your "work". They need to feel your focus is completely on them during a session. I'm sure you'll do very well!

Greetings,

Marija
