Dr Watson: I really enjoyed reading your wonderful paper detailing the role and importance of self esteem. An important area to focus on in one's recovery from stuttering. I would put it forth that this is the key piece to successful longterm success in carryover of fluency from the clinic setting to the real world. Probably this has been an area often neglected in the past in many speech therapy programs.
