Great paper. Can’t wait to read the book. Quick question: When you mention stuttering “triggers,” do you mean the sounds, words, and/or situations that consistently trigger disfluencies, or are you referring more to the fears, negative attitudes, etc. common to moments of stuttering? Or is the concept best explained some other way? Dale
