HI - IN REFERENCE TO YOUR SECOND QUESTION, IT'S BEEN MY CLINICAL EXPERIENCE THAT CLUTTERING HAS A GREATER CHANCE OF DECREASING IN THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF SPEAKING TASKS: A. VERY STRUCTURED SPEAKING TASKS B. SHORTER AND LINGUISTICALLY LESS COMPLEX SENTENCES C. NEUTRAL OR BLAND TOPICS D. MONOSYLLABIC WORDS E. WHEN SPEAKER KNOWS HE IS BEING RECORDED AND/OR MUST SPEAK CLEARLY (THIS DEPENDS OF COURSE ON WHETHER THE CLIENT CAN MODULATE HIS RATE AND CLARITY TO BEGIN WITH) F. WHEN GIVEN AMPLE PRAGMATIC FEEDBACK FROM LISTENER HOPE THIS HELPS.
