Dear Prof Nil, My stuttering is directly related with me jerking my head, having facial tensions before altering a word.I've been a stutterer since birth but the jerking only became severe and prevalent from the age of 10 onwwards.Am currently 37yrs old, still facing the facing the same problem.Funny thing is i'd say a word fluently after jerking and a bit of a struggle and jerk again on the next fresh line.On the other hand i hardly stutter when am very drunk, could this be neorogenic stuttering?I wouldn't necessary have a clue coz i've never dealt with a speech pathologist? HOW CAN I STOP THE JERKS AND PUT A FIRM CONTROL TO MY FACIAL TENSIONS?
