Hi Chavi, Thanks for your questions. Actually, accepting oneself and stuttering both relate to being real. Acceptance is a lifelong process and is a consequence of the choices we make. Honestly, I don’t think the ultimate goal of therapy is fluency or modifying stuttering (i.e., these might indeed relate to the therapy procedures, however).
