For a teacher to say "Don not Stutter" to a child who stutters is one of the worse things you could do. It seems that once she noticed that the child was being lazy and not participating that she should have thought about the note she wrote. We should provide support for children whom stutter and also educate the teachers that are teaching our kids to help them and not make the situation worse just because they don't know how to deal with it.
