I really enjoyed reading your article. I am a graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and am currently enrolled in a fluency class. In class we have discussed various therapy techniques to best help PWS. We have discussed one of the best techniques we can be prepared for is counseling. This seems to parallel your thoughts expressed in this article. In your opinion, what are ways we as clinicians can best support a client’s overall impression of him or herself? Are there certain techniques that work best or certain things we can say/do that are often the most beneficial?
