Well, interesting stuff! I always feel outnumbered at my stuttering self-help group, as there are generally 15 or 16 mem to 2-3 women. It is very interesting to be in the minority of people of stutter. I find I am trying to have a relationship with my stuttering, while the men are more interested in finding fluency techniques (at least in my experience). I would love to see continued wortk in this area. I participated in a DAF research study several years ago with one of the profs on this list (Dr. Snyder). Unfortunately, the DAF didn't help me become fluent or stutter better. I found the sound of my voice to be way too distracting. I hope you indeed can learn from this study to better help those PWS who are trying to find stuttering management that works well for them. Thanks for a great paper!
