Thanks, Tim, for the nice words. I agree about reimbursement issues. In general, we have problems with almost anything that first arises in childhood, because payers want to volley responsibility back to schools. We are working with ASHA to try and improve the situation; I do not know what other readers of the ISAD conference will say, but showing that our work produces good results (for lots less money than most medical providers charge for their services) is definitely a big step in the right direction as well.
