Thank you for your great comments. To answer the question - yes, maybe moving around countries did have some influence on my speech. Certainly learning a foreign language, and living in a different country influenced my personality. In some ways, I became more reserved, not being able to communicate with other kids (due to lack of English, as my stutter didn't start till later), but in other ways, it made me more resourceful and self-sufficient, as living is a new country presents a lot of little challenges and opportunities. Funnily enough, I stutter far more in my mother toungue (Punjabi) than I do in English - I think this may be because now my birth language has become the 2nd language for me, and I have a much weaker vocabulary in that.
