I really enjoyed your article on the Fluency Challenge, it was very insightful. I am in my last year of graduate school for speech language pathology, but I have only had one fluency client, a little boy in preschool. He seemed unaffected by his stutter and didn't seem to attach negative emotions to it(yet), but I haven't really explored it with him. I have a question. When you do introduce the Fluency Challenge, what do you find to be the most appropriate age if a child is stuttering in preschool, or is age a factor when introducing the Fluency Challenge? Or at that age, when the child is seemingly unaware of his stutter, is it more appropriate to introduce the Fluency Challenge to the parents?
