Jean, I am a graduate clinician and currently have a 3-year-old child in therapy for language and voice. He also has articulation problems that we have yet to tackle. At the beginning of his last session his mother told me that he had started to stutter. He appears to be using part-word and whole-word repetitions on the first word of his utterances. It wasn't every utterances, but the stuttering probably occurred 8 times in a 40 minute session. What would you recommend as far as monitoring and/or beginning to treat this?
