Hello, thank you for your kind words and question. Just because after many years trying to reduce my stuttering speech therapy didn't help me it doesn't mean it was not a good experience and it doesn't mean it won't help other people. That's why I always encourage other people to see a speech therapist. But what really helps me is that I never look for any excuses why I shouldn't or couldn't do something because I stutter, I talk all the time and also I feel good about myself as a person who stutters. It's okay if I stutter. I'm very open about it and I see my stuttering as a unique way of talking. It's something I used to hate but now I know it made me stronger. With best wishes, Beata Akerman
