For several years I have found mindfulness meditation to be helpful in relaxation, not only in dealing with stuttering, but also in the normal hassles and stresses of life. I often wonder why it hasn't gained wider mainstream acceptance, but it looks like things are slowly changing. I haven't read any of your previous books, but have put them on my "to-read" list.
