This article was very interesting. I can relate because I am a mouth breather and I have been concerned lately about how it might be affecting me, I have noticed that my throat is always very dry and I have no voice when I wake up in the morning. What are some ways that one can stop mouth breathing? If that cannot be prevented, how can one take other precautions to prevent future problems?
