Thank you for sharing an explanation of Stoker's valuable clinical tool. The hierarchy she used can be very beneficial in therapy for children who stutter, and important for children who may also have language issues. Have you worked with children who stutter who also had documented language delay or is bilingual? If so do you have any insight on how to approach therapy with these kids?
