Marjorie Elise Borck was born February 1, 1925 in Hankow, China, to missionaries George and Bernice Lillegard. She died September 18, 2001, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the age of 76 years. She was the wife of the late Al Borck and Bertrum Shelvik and mother of Ruth (Mrs. Robert) Plesner, David (Lynette) Shelvik, Karen (Rev. Kenneth) Engdahl, Stephen (fiancee Deborah) and Norman (Jane) Shelvik, and stepmother of Arwyn (Diana) Borck. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of Elizabeth, Laura, George, Larry, Alice, David and Norman. Funeral services were held at Mt. Lebanon Ev. Lutheran Church in Milwaukee with burial in Wisconsin Memorial Park.
