Joseph Lukong <lujotar@yahoo.com> from Cameroon has access to email but does not have access to websites. Consequently, I have sent him the text of the ISA overview and have asked him to send in comments or questions by email, so that I can in turn post them to the ISAD conference.
Below is Joseph's message. In subsequent messages, I will answer each question in turn. I would hope that the other authors of the ISA overview might also want to offer comments or answer the questions. In fact, we of course welcome comments from anyone who wishes to comment.

Dear Jaan,
Judy copied 2 papers from this year's conference and sent rto me. I have already sent to her my questions and comments for transmission to Tom and Russ presenters of the papers.
These are my own questions that I am directing to you.
1 As a teacher who stutter, how do you succeed in your job of teaching? I had always had the feeling that stutterers should not go in for jobs that involve alot of talking like yours.
2 I know you mustt have met at least one therapist in yur life with some good reqults. What advise can you give to stutterers who have never and might never meet one?
3 Have you ever heard of TA? How can you assess it as a cure to stutterring? Last wednesday I laid hands on a book called TA TODAY and I want to use it to organise and teach members of SCAC. Your advice.
4 From the document you sent to me I saw there that ISA seek to improve the conditions of people whose lives have been affected by stuttering in all countries . How is that vision going to be realise and how can ISA help me and my people here?
5 Membershp of ISA is possible only to national or International Self help groups. You as one who has an idea on SCAC how can we become a member of the International family of ISA?
These are the few questions that I have for you. I promise to send many after you will send answers to these.
Thanks alot for your usual availability and concern.
