Hello Gunars, One VOice is the biannual Newsletter of the Intl Stuttering Association. You can read an online version at http://www.stutterisa.org/isa006.html#inonevoice

I thought of Lithuania less in regard of language, but of concept. Maybe there are patterns that apply for all 3 Baltic states and sharing experience might be useful.
