I had to read an article for a class I was taking and I didn't think I would be able to relate with any of them. I was wrong. I just wanted to let you know that you are exactly right. I have a brother with Down Syndrome and he has stuttered all his life, and mine. However, this has not affected him in the slighhtest. Every now and then he gets frustrated because he can't get the words out. However, he is the happiest I have ever met. He has many problems and always has. He knows he is different and that he talks different but he doesn't let him get it down. I commend you for writing this article.
