Jaan,

A quick comment on "cookie cutter approaches". You bring up a good point. Many clinicians talk about how there program is individualized and eclectic and lable a structured approach as "cookie cutter" (i.e. negative). My wife is an OB/GYN. Of course every delivery is "individualized" but she follows known procedures in a very structured manner. If she decided to be entirely "wholistic and individual" she would be sued for malpractice. I find the distain for a general approach "because all PWS are different" interesting in light of how the medical world approaches these same "individuals".
