Hello Huang Haiyin,

My name is Jules and I live in the state of Colorado (USA). In short, I have stutter since I can remember. Sometimes severe, sometimes mild depending on the situation. I finally got some speech therapy in 1996 (I am now 32 years of age) and the traditional methods worked only a bit.

Now, my stuttering is mostly gone and getting lesser. What was my solution? As soon as I started to practice Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and doing meditations to heal the pain/anger/fear in my heart my stuttering started to go away. I have been tested under pressure and the stress does not effect my speech like it used to at all. Four years of Eastern methods has done more for me in many areas of my life then western psychology could hope to do in a life time.

Shao-Lin Kung Fu has raised my confidence and improved my health, flexibility, consintration and ability to survive.

Tai Chi has improved my health, consintration, and relaxation.

Meditation (most of them from Thich Nahn Hanh) - has transformed a lot of the pain/fear/anger in my heart, improved relaxation and consintration.

I hope you find this helpful. All the above has done more, but to much to list.

Feel free to contact me if you wish.

Sincerely,

Jules geo_bike@yahoo.com
