I know where you are, Paul. I too moved to Scandinavia and had to start all over again. At first I could get away with my stuttering by pretending not knowing the words in Swedish, but that doesn't work anymore. Next week there will be Dutch people from the Dutch Board of Education coming to my daughter's school and they asked me to translate. Am I nervous? Boy!!! But that says a lot about the fact that they don't care about my stuttering. By coming to Norway as an immigrant you have so much to offer. Just take any opportunity to speak Norwegian, good or not. Or why not drop me an email in Norwegian? :-) Ha det bra!
