My mother always used to say "Moderation in all things." I think that comes from the Bible somewhere. Anyway, it's been a guiding principle in my life and I think it's served me well. I can tend toward zealousness in certain areas and then my wife brings me back to earth reminding me of the "balance in your life." Yeah... You gotta keep that in mind. Moderation in all things...
Anything taken to extreme is generally bad for you. Look at the terrorists today. Gosh... Life is too short to concentrate on single issues.
