Thank you for sharing your story with so many people. I am a second year graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology, I always enjoy reading a personal story about a person with a communication disorder and yours was no different. I believe that as a clinician this is the only way I can go about trying to understand what my clients are going through. It gives me much needed insight into the deep feelings of a person. I feel this is even more necessary with stuttering as it is a very personal disorder and varies from person to person. Thank you again for sharing your story, it has given me more insight into stuttering and will help me in my future work with persons who stutter.
