Communicating successfully is always a challenge, but I think it’s a challenge for everyone. I do not have any “tricks” to use in speaking. At times I make good use of overhead materials and printed matter. This is helpful. Sometimes I say what I have to say, and stutter through it. It’s unavoidable.
