Let me see if I'm reading it correctly. Stuttering does not have to involve any organic problems in the speech apparatus itself or the brain's speech centers. Just disturb any of the elements of the system, like emotional arousal, and you could get a result like stuttering. I couldn't agree more.

I'm curious. Do you have any particular researchers in neuropsychology that you prefer ? I've read Ledoux, Davidson, and Damasio.
