I like the metaphors you use - therapy as a tapestry, woven from the ideas, successes, failures, and experiences of colleagues, clients, students, and friends and the metaphor of a pocket watch where all gears must function effectively for the watch to work well.

You mention that you have your clients describe "talking." How do you describe "talking" to children using vocabulary they will understand?
