Russ, I like your iceberg analogy, it makes stuttering a little easier to understand. Since there is so much emphasis on treating or working through the "emotional baggage" of stuttering, how would someone go about doing that? Simply by talking to others about how they feel, or does the person who stutters need to conquer their fears by facing them head on?
