This is a great story about living with an autistic child. I think Mattie is very lucky to have parents who try so hard to be the best. John and Sharon, you both sound like great partents!!!
John, you said that you feel more "stuttery" when you are having a hard time with Mattie. If you were having a hard time with something else, say your job, would you have the same type of reaction? I do not stutter but I do know that my speech is not as fluent when I am under any type of stress and just wonder if it is the same for PWS.
