I have kept track of the service/repair records of the 83 SpeechEasy units that I have dispensed in the last year and approximately 20% of the units required some service . The SpeechEasy company has an excellent service group and I have been very pleased with the quality and promptness of their attention to the devices. The Fluency Master also required some service and I did not keep records.These devices will require the usual electronic service and maintenance. It is not excessive, but you do need a dedicated and competent service team.
