I understand the SpeechEasy has the ability to provide both DAF and FAF to the user of the device. I have found little evidence in the literature to suggest that a combination of these two conditions may improve fluency more than one condition alone (Macleod et al., 1995). What is your opinion on this issue?

Also, I know of one study by Stuart et al. (1997) examining the effects of binaural vs monaural feedback. Binaural AAF was found to be more effective than monaural AAF if only by a small amount. Considering that the SpeechEasy is essentially a monaural device, what is your opinion on the benefits of binaural feedback?

Thank you
