Hi Marija, Thank you for your generous comments. The poem encaptured my own experiences. Chris (who did the wonderful drawings) privately named the principal character 'Alan'. I don't really look like him, do I ? ;-) I'm delighted that the poem and illustrations enabled you to identify with the message that I was attempting to portray.
