Hi Julie, Thanks for your question. It was interesting to watch the relationships develop. Given the ages, you might expect, and it turned out to be true, that the older boys (two 15 year olds) quickly became leaders of the pack. One was a skilled athlete and large in frame. All the boys wanted to be around him. The youngest (11 years) also struggled with a bit of ADHD. The other boys found him to be irritating since it was difficult for him to sit still. He was less serious about the practice than the others as well. One of the boys (13 years)displayed an attitude where he questioned everything. He was not yet in a place where he was ready to implement change. The other boys appeared to resent this a bit. So, in response to your question, alliances were formed; however not as a whole group. All of them are in touch with at least one of the others. Thanks for your interest. I will be looking into this further as the programs continue. Next is one in Naples, Florida in April.
