HI Russ, I really loved your story! It is amazing how something can seem so demanding and impacting to one person and yet so minimal and insignificant to another! I think it is wonderful that your old high school girlfriend could look past your stuttering and see the “true” person you really were/are, that is an amazing quality to have! I had seen where you had posted advice for children and teenagers who stutter; however, in my graduate stuttering course we are learning about how to incorporate the parents into the stuttering therapy process. So I was wondering what advice would you give to a parent of a stutterer in regards to this issue (of making a mountain out of a molehill)? Thank you for your time! Ashley
