I really enjoyed reading your paper. I am a graduate student in speech language pathology, and I feel that your paper gave me a great insight on the involvement of parents in their child’s therapy. Currently, in my stuttering class we have been focusing on the clinician and parent involvement. It was very nice to hear your perspective of things to do as a clinician when working with the parents. I also appreciate the information that you shared on the “library of learning.” I feel that your information has allowed me to further help parents when working with their children. We need to remember to direct parents towards various resources available to them through both books and the internet. Thank you very much for sharing your story.
