As a graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology, I want to thank you for your candid insight and for sharing your experiences as a parent of a child who stutters. The story you told stresses the importance for us, as professionals, to provide education, information and proper counseling to parents of children who stutter. Thank you for relaying the feelings of parents as they hear the often contradictory information and advice they are given.
