Dear Katie - - you were the fourth therapist and the only one who had reading materials in you lobby and pointed out to me the NSA, SFA, and Friends.... and you also let me be part of therapy and invited the brothers in -- this paper was focusing on my overall experience -- I was frustrated when I got to you, and I'm still frustrated that it took me almost three years to find you. You were the only therapist I've had out of five that knew the field of stuttering, inluded me in the therapy process, allowed time for questions, etc.... so please do not take this paper personally!! We'd still be there if you were not so far away and if Eli was motivated, so I apologize if you felt this was directed to you! Of course, I wish Eli would have made more progress, and I'm still not sure what to do with that, but I'm learning more and more at what a mystery this is, and I don't blame you at all! I'm thrilled that you've started a support group and looking forward to our next get together!
