Hi Mike -- thanks for resonding! I certainly apologize for expressing my concerns here instead of directly. I was a little thrown by the first support group meeting, and would have talked to Katie, but didn't have a chance at the end. Anyhow, as I've written to Katie -- I never felt like a fixture in her waiting room as she always included me, it's just that therapy wasn't helping Eli much, and it was such a long drive. But she was the only therapist in our five-year history that did have the background, resource info, parental involvement, etc... available. This paper was directed at the overall experience.
