Hi Jessica: I don't mean to be facetious, but: all of them. Therapy really needs to be individualized. There isn't even a single sequence for using the different techniques, though there are some definite patterns. Sometimes the techniques themselves need to be individualized. Certainly, they are usually a means to an end and often may not even be identifiable as "techniques" after a while. I sense a tendency to think of these as "silver bullets," which they are not. This topic is probably too big to address adequately here! Thanks very much for your question, which reminded me to make these points. - Darrell
