Hi Katie, Thanks for your kind words. I am glad that you found my story to be encouraging. Don't tell anyone, but I enjoy going to see the Reds too when I visit my sister-in-law in Cinci. Going out and stuttering (pseudostuttering) can be very challenging for all people (pws and people who do not stutter). When I was in grad school, that experience was particularly significant for me. As a pws, I did not realize the extent to which I was avoiding a return to that context at all costs. That was a turning point in my life as a communicator. I do hope you realize that you have made one of the BEST choices for a career. It has been my pleasure to serve as a SLP for 27 years. I love it to this day.
