Alan, Thanks for you comments about our workshop. We would like to see them happening in more and more locations, and hope that this presentation will encourage others to organize similar events. I have already read your poems at this conference--they are lovely--and, I thank you for your kind offer of their use in our workshops. At our workshop a few years ago, a children's musician who stuttered was a guest with us. He taught the children a number of songs, and then helped them make up a song about stuttering, which they later performed for the entire group. Poetry writing is also a wonderful form of expression which can be a fun and rewarding activity. Consider the suggestion on our table! Now, you realize that if we use your poems, we may need you to come along to help us out. So if you've been thinking that you have always wanted to visit the St. Louis area, plan on a late winter date. Regards, Lynne
