I am interested in the idea of over/misdiagnosing of speech disorders as it relates to cluttering. You mention that you feel cluttering may be the "new ADD" where people easily relate to some of the characteristics of the disorder. The scale of dysfluency rating could be very helpful to SLPs and other educators performing evaluations; however, do you feel that if more light is brought to the subject of cluttering, will this lead to an over diagnosis of the disorder?
