Developing a list of tips on how to get and keep a job for PWS is a great resource, because it is a daunting enough experience to get a job in the first place, not to mention to also worry about what an employer may or may not think about a fluency disorder. I think that letting others know about one's stuttering problem at the workplace can be an effective tool if a person feels comfortable discussing the problem. Not only could it help an individual feel more at ease in the workplace, but it also greatly spreads awareness to the community in general.
