I understand why you would see stuttering as a disability if you had to close your eyes while driving to get through a block. Yes, of course that would endanger yourself and others and can very easily be seen as a disability, but near the end of your article you stated that sometimes it is a disability and sometimes it isn't. For a person with a permanent ongoing disability this might be confusing to understand. It might sound like some could misuse the definition. Could you clarify what you meant there for me. Thank you.
