Hello. I found your book to be incredibly inspiring for young girls, especially those who stutter. I understand that you used some of your own experience while writing the book. Was it difficult for you to look back at those experiences in adolescents and put them on paper? Do you think writing down your experiences is a useful tool for stuttering therapy? And would you encourage speech-language pathologist to use this method to desensitize stuttering? Thank you in advance for answering my questions.
