Katie and Tim, this is a great article and so important in being able to address the panic and fear of stuttering. I do have a few questions. How did you get Katie to change her meaning of stuttering? Are there certain triggers that Katie is able to use in identifying her panic thoughts? Did you use a well-formed outcome with Katie initially and if so, what did that look like? Thank you. Brian
