Hello Amanda and thank you for your message. Yes I think the stuttering is still taboo in Cameroon because nobody dares talk about it and even if talking it's to mocking for people who stutter. It's undeniable, if we communicate more about stuttering, families of those who stutter will be more informed and will now respect and can help the person who stutter. I think that for the moment Internet is the best way to raise awareness about stuttering. But for the country where Internet connection or access to a computer remains difficult, People can rely on traditional media such as radio stations and news agencies for disseminate information.
