I have been taught that IWS's family should always be involved with the treatment. My question to you refers to the individuals who regressed over the summer months, and then improved once they continued therapy at the schools. Were parents/caregivers present during therapy sessions? Were they taught how to do some therapeutic exercises and/or encouraged to involve therapy into their child's daily routines, outside of the school/clinic?
